We offer 8 fun and exciting classes every week!
BOX-CON combines Boxing + Strength & Conditioning exercises to give you a full body 40 minute workout! We also run a HIIT class plus 2x STRENGTH & CORE on our time table! These classes are a great full body workout which are catered to all fitness levels!
